Let’s be real… most of you guys didn’t start a business because you love paperwork. Or formatting. Or logging into five platforms just to post one update. You started because you had something to build. But admin work still showed up, and it eats up time you don’t want to give it.
Here are the three tasks my clients are thrilled to hand off…usually right after muttering “I cannot deal with this today.”
1. 📄 Paperwork & Documents
Proposals, spreadsheets, checklists, forms…it all stacks up fast. And if you hate opening a document that’s already half-done and full of weird spacing? Yeah. That’s what I fix. I clean it up, finish it out, and make it look like you had your life together the whole time.
2. 📱 Social Media Scheduling
You might like talking to your people, but posting about it consistently? Nope. Most folks write half a caption, get distracted, and forget to circle back. I handle the back end…scheduling, formatting, making sure it actually goes out. You show up when and how you want to. I take care of the rest.
3. ✂️ Video Editing
You finally hit record, talk for ten minutes, and then…nothing. The file just sits there because the idea of trimming, clipping, and uploading it sounds like too much. That’s where I come in. I’ll clean it up, make it watchable, and cut out the part where your dog barked for no reason.
These aren’t flashy jobs. But they’re the ones stealing your time and energy. You don’t have to keep wrestling with them.
